Steps to Sign Up a Franchise in National & International Territories

Steps to Sign Up a Franchise in India

To establish a Master franchise / franchise for BPOP in any Indian state, you can follow the below general step-by-step process:

  • Contact BPOP and fill a form on www.bpop.in under the franchise tab; express interest in becoming a master franchisee or a franchisee for BPOP.
  • Franchise Letter of Intent (LOI): Sign a master franchise / franchise LOI with BPOP, stating the territory, fees, and other terms.
  • Make the payment to BPOP as per agreed terms in LOI.
  • Get the site evaluated with a BPOP executive in the city you are interested in opening a store.
  • Once the site is approved, share AutoCAD drawings of the place to make designs and create a BOQ for the store.
  • In the meantime, ensure the franchise agreement is signed with all necessary clauses and submit it back to BPOP HO in Kolkata.
  • Once the agreement is complete, submit the same to BPOP to undergo an evaluation process and pay the balance fee if left any as per the agreement.
  • Once the drawings are finalized, appoint a local contractor or a BPOP-approved contractor to build the store as per the design.
  • In the meantime, BPOP will start developing the Business Local Store Promotion Plan to launch the store.
  • In the meantime, start looking and recruiting the staff so that BPOP executives can start to provide the training on-site once it’s ready.
  • Once the store is launched, ensure compliance with BPOP’s brand standards and quality control measures.
  • Monitor and Support: We monitor the performance of franchisees and provide ongoing support if needed.
